Memory: never forget to exercise!
Hello dear =)
Memory is the basis for acquiring knowledge.
Every time we learn something, or gained some experience, the brain cells undergo a change, which will be reflected in their behavior. The brain must be understood as if it were a muscle. If not used, eventually atrophying.Who exercises the brain is more likely to keep the memory preserved.
But how to exercise your brain? Is it possible?
It sure is. And here are some tips on how:
• Stimulate memory. Learn new things: new skills and new knowledge, such as painting, music, dancing, computing or a new language.
• Practicing physical exercises. Regular physical activity is beneficial to memory. A simple daily walk helps to preserve them.
• Sleep well. A night's sleep is essential for memory.Who suffers from insomnia is subject to a process of chronic fatigue, which impairs the ability to concentrate and store information.
And those are just some things you can do to your brain does not "rust".
The use of drugs to treat memory loss is very controversial. So the best way to save memory is to exercise it every day. And without fear.

Kisses, Kisses =)
